Working with Excellence
We're grateful for many things in 2017, but today, we're focusing on our vendors. These companies and their high-quality products allow us to offer our customers the very best parts and components for their important projects.
From time to time, we feature our vendors on the blog. Here is a selection of vendors, below, and a little bit more about what they do and how they work with UCEC. If you're a vendor and we haven't chatted yet about a story, hold tight. We'll hopefully get your to your story in 2018!
While many of UCEC’s vendors and partners go “way back” years and even decades, our relationship with Beyond Components is just a few years old. But I have a good feeling we’ll be talking about working with the company for many years to come.
When UCEC finds a good vendor, we’re going to stick with them through the years. Technical Marketing Manufacturing, Inc. (TMMI) is one such high-quality vendor. Started in 1977, TMMI is a supplier of electrical control equipment and software to industrial process and manufacturing firms in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Crum Electric Supply was founded in Casper, Wyoming back in 1976 by David H. Crum. The organization has ten locations in the Rocky Mountain region across four states: Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and South Dakota. The company celebrates 40 years in business this year.
UCEC has been doing business with I-Pro for more than 25 years. For almost as long, we’ve collaborated with John Quinn, who is one of the three Principals in the company and works in Outside Sales. I am pleased to introduce John and I-Pro to our blog audience.
Colorado-based Ram Sales is a process automation marketing and solutions company supporting industrial, OEM and customers with hazardous locations. They represent manufacturers who design and provide products for controls, automation and power quality in the Rocky Mountain region.
Today, I have the pleasure of introducing you to Robert Zarlengo CPA/ABV, CVA, CExP of Zarlengo Raub LLP, UCEC’s accounting firm. Zarlengo Raub has been in business almost 60 years, edging ahead of UCEC just a bit (we celebrate 57 years in business in 2015).
Today, I wanted to introduce you to CPI , a valuable UCEC vendor and fellow Colorado company. CPI Automation & Control Solutions is a leader in providing high-tech automation products for the Rocky Mountain region. Independently owned and operated, CPI has been in business since 1948.
Today, I have the pleasure of introducing you to Crating Technologies, a valuable UCEC vendor. Celebrating 30 years of business this year, Crating Technologies designs, engineers and manufactures top quality custom industrial crates and pallets for the Colorado Front Range.
Our team can call Greg and ask about everything related to the job at hand: deliveries, parts issues, pricing, quoting and returns. Nothing is too small or too large, from a 42-cent terminal block to a PLC or VFD order that costs in the tens of thousands of dollars.
I’m pleased to introduce another Colorado company and valuable UCEC vendor, Royal Supply Company, Inc. Based out of Commerce City, Royal Supply was founded in 1963 by former United States Air Force Mechanic Virgil Flanders. This early version of the company was known as Denver’s “Rivet House” because they were a supplier of surplus aircraft parts.
